Full-Time, Year-Round Work Weekly Pay PTO after 90 days + Birthday Pay Paid Parental Leave & Paid Holidays (7) Paid Training and Ongoing Development Tuition Assistance & Education Support Company-Provided Vehicle, Gas Card, Phone, Tablet, and Uniform Comprehensive Benefits Package – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match, IRA Employee Relief Fund and PTO Gifting Employee Discounts & Referral Bonus Program Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities What You’ll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and drainage systems Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls with professionalism and efficiency Accurately document service calls and repairs using ServiceTitan software Ensure work complies with OSHA regulations and appliance safety standards Communicate clearly with customers about issues, proposed solutions, and system performance recommendations Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle What You Bring Minimum 2 years of HVAC Service Technician experience EPA 608 Universal Certification required Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Strong technical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills Physically able to perform the demands of the role Willingness to work nights and/or weekends Competitive compensation ranging from $75,000-100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation available through incentive program.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC Service Technician experience
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
- Physically able to perform the demands of the role
- Willingness to work nights and/or weekends
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and drainage systems
