We are seeking self-motivated and positive individuals to become key HVAC Sales & Service team members. 2024 The OFFICIAL COMMUNITY'S CHOICE AWARDS WINNER FOR BEST HOME SERVICES What You Will Do: Leverage advanced HVAC technical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system challenges using cutting-edge diagnostic tools and innovative troubleshooting techniques for residential HVAC systems.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.Test HVAC system performance and efficiency using specialized tools and equipment.Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systemsIdentify and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system performance and energy efficiencyKeep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systemsComply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on HVAC systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year certified residential HVAC technician experience with proven expertise in system installations, repairs, and maintenance for Florida home services.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures
  • Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
  • Sales and customer service experience required
  • Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
  • Strong customer service skills, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and professional commitment
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required for HVAC service, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various environments
