About The Position
HVAC Service Technician Qualifications: EPA certified Valid drivers license Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Be familiar with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques Experience making HVAC repair and replace decisions Advanced customer service skills Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles Operate equipment in a safe manner HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities: Provide hand and power tools Layout, design, and install low voltage wiring Compile a complete materials list from blueprints Verify and coordinate building code compliance Communicate clearly the ideas and explanations of problems to customers and co-workers Troubleshooting equipment, make HVAC system repair and replace decisions Acquire commercial and residential HVAC maintenance agreements Writing work order for projects sold Responsible for follow-up process on each work order Coordinate and remain current on all local utility programs Converse with facilities engineers, building and homeowners, and general contractors Maintain professional appearance at all times Run after hours calls as required Other duties as assigned
Requirements
