Requirements

Experience managing a team of home service professionals
3+ years of residential HVAC management experience preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to train others
Positive attitude, high energy, excellent communication, and sales-driven mindset
Proficiency with computer applications
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of a high-volume HVAC service department
Manage and schedule service technicians for maximum efficiency
Hire, lead, and train a team on technical skills and sales techniques
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication across teams
Monitor team performance and report results
Ensure accurate documentation of all service calls
Stay current on emerging technologies and products
