Requirements

  • Experience managing a team of home service professionals
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to train others
  • Positive attitude, high energy, excellent communication, and sales-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with computer applications
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of a high-volume HVAC service department
  • Manage and schedule service technicians for maximum efficiency
  • Hire, lead, and train a team on technical skills and sales techniques
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication across teams
  • Monitor team performance and report results
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all service calls
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and products
