The HVAC (aka Thermal) Service Coordinator works with the Thermal Service, Sales, Accounting and Service Sales Departments in handling service dispatch and coordination. This person provides assistance needed to the Thermal Service Manager including answering daily service phone calls, service dispatch for Thermal Technicians and being a collaborative team member of the Thermal Services Department. This is a high-paced department with ever-changing developments that requires working and communicating with all levels of the company. It requires high attention to detail, accurate and timely delivery of information while assisting with multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
