We are seeking an HVAC Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining our vibrant and productive workspace. What this job involves - As our HVAC Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless facility operations with Operational Rigor. Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, where Accountability for maintaining a high-quality environment is paramount:

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in Facility or Property Administration.
GED or High School Diploma.
Superior customer service skills and orientation, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or similar) and the capability to customize administrative reports, demonstrating a commitment to Data-Driven Insights.

Responsibilities

Proactivity in identifying and addressing facility needs, working closely with property managers to manage routine operations, including procurement of supplies and services.
Provide general overall facility management services, continuously monitoring the office/facility to ensure optimal functionality and comfort.
Act as a primary interface with clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Drive Speed & Responsiveness in coordinating special events and providing essential support for meetings and conference room reservations.
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to our client environment.
Provide clear direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers, fostering Integration and excellent execution of work.
Manage and maintain smaller facility management tasks with an eye towards Cost Conscious solutions.
Contribute to tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives, leveraging Data-Driven Insights to inform decision-making.
