Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Facility or Property Administration.
  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or similar) and the capability to customize administrative reports, demonstrating a commitment to Data-Driven Insights

Responsibilities

  • Proactivity in identifying and addressing facility needs, working closely with property managers to manage routine operations, including procurement of supplies and services.
  • Provide general overall facility management services, continuously monitoring the office/facility to ensure optimal functionality and comfort.
  • Act as a primary interface with clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
  • Drive Speed & Responsiveness in coordinating special events and providing essential support for meetings and conference room reservations.
  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to our client environment.
  • Provide clear direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers, fostering Integration and excellent execution of work.
  • Manage and maintain smaller facility management tasks with an eye towards Cost Conscious solutions.
  • Contribute to tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives, leveraging Data-Driven Insights to inform decision-making.
