Sobieski Custom Homes Division is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Senior Mechanic to win repeat business by doing quality installations of heating and cooling systems in Custom Homes. Requirements

Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 8+ years of HVAC Install experience
Knowledge of applicable state codes
Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction and ability to read blueprints
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
Good communication skills
Self-motivated and career-minded
Work well as part of a team
Deal courteously and tactfully with customers and fellow workers in the construction trades
Enjoy mentoring others
Committed to doing quality work and motivated to continually improve your skills
