About The Position

Overview HVAC Selling Technician Korte Does It All About Korte Does It All: Korte Does It All is a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in Fort Wayne, IN. What you will do: Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment Stay current on new products and technologies in the field Run service calls – repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement – effectively communicate with the customer and install team to build and execute sales of new equipment Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure Bassett is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed

Requirements

  • 2-5 Years HVAC Sales + Service experience
  • HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
  • Valid drivers’ license
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
  • Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
