Job Description: As an HVAC Selling Technician , you will be both a trusted technical expert and a customer-facing advisor. You’ll diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems while also selling homeowners on replacement options, upgrades, and comfort solutions. This hybrid role combines hands-on HVAC work with consultative sales , ensuring customers receive both immediate service and long-term solutions tailored to their needs. Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills. Participate in manufacturer and safety training; adhere to all safety policies. Customer Consultation Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate existing residential HVAC systems and comfort needs. Educate homeowners on product offerings including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems. Deliver persuasive, informative presentations highlighting benefits, financing options, and installation timelines. Sales & Relationship Management Prepare accurate proposals and guide customers through decision-making. Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the service and sales process. Track activities and progress using CRM software. Generate leads through service calls, referrals, and company-provided resources. Follow up with potential customers in a timely and professional manner. Collaboration Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution. Share customer insights with management to improve service and sales strategies. Qualifications: 2–5 years HVAC residential service experience; Must have EPA and Residential HVAC Experience Proven ability to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Customer service orientation with ability to build trust and rapport. Technical aptitude and willingness to learn complex product information. Valid driver’s license and ability to handle physical workload (lifting 50 lbs). Why Us?
