Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, solar, roofing, or home improvement a plus)
  • Confidence, energy, and professionalism in every customer interaction
  • A competitive streak — you love to win and help customers win too
  • Strong organization and follow-up habits
  • A team-first mindset — because we all rise together

Responsibilities

  • Meet with qualified homeowners from company-provided leads
  • Take Proper Measurements, Pictures, Fill Out Forms To Have A Smooth Handoff To The Install Teams
  • Using Software To Do a Load Calculation To Ensure Proper System Sizing
  • Weekly Coaching Sessions
  • Weekly Sales Meetings For Training, Results, And Support
  • Follow & Improve On A Tried & True Sales Process Designed To Help You Win
  • Present Custom system options and financing solutions
  • Get Referrals From Previous Customers
  • Do Walkthroughs With Installers on Complex Jobs
  • Ensure A Seamless Process & Experience For The Customer
  • Follow Up With Customers
  • Close deals confidently — and exceed sales goals
  • Partner with install coordinators to ensure seamless job handoff and customer satisfaction
