HVAC Sales Manager Overview HVAC Sales Manager Korte Does It All About Korte Does It All: Korte Does It All is a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in Fort Wayne, IN. What you will do: Daily management of high-volume sales department, HVAC sales technicians and staff Hold techs accountable to the company's sales process and standards. Develop KPIs, communicate and track team and individual goals that build organizational success Hire, lead, and train a team of salesmen and selling techs. Provide excellent customer service; be able to communicate with customer, office staff, sales department, and field help. Report on team performance. Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field Develop efficient, scalable processes that provide consistent, measurable results Maintain the CRM in accordance with company standards Manage inside sales and follow ups for the sales team What YOU will bring: 5+ Years residential HVAC Sales experience, management experience preferred Knowledge on how to teach sales and new techniques. Strong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians. Technical background in diagnostic skills on all residential and light commercial equipment is beneficial. Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven. Strong computer skills (word, excel, adobe, etc.) Valid drivers’ license and ability to pass background test and drug screen applicable per law Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations. Requirements

  • 5+ Years residential HVAC Sales experience, management experience preferred
