Position Overview The Sales Manager will lead and grow our team of Comfort Advisors, helping drive revenue across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical offerings. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands residential home‑services sales, and knows how to motivate and equip a team for success. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
  • Proven success coaching and developing high‑performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of home‑service sales processes, replacement quoting, and in‑home presentations
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills
  • Data‑driven decision maker with strong understanding of KPIs and lead management
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for service and solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach Comfort Advisors to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
  • Conduct ongoing training on sales process, customer communication, product knowledge, and follow‑up best practices
  • Foster a positive, high‑energy, team‑oriented culture focused on accountability and personal growth
  • Manage team schedules, ride‑alongs, performance reviews, and individual development plans
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service lines
  • Track KPIs including conversion rates, average ticket size, financing utilization, close ratios, and lead efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing, dispatch, and service departments to improve lead quality and workflow
  • Identify opportunities for upsells, system replacements, IAQ products, and service agreements
  • Ensure the sales team delivers a world‑class customer experience through trust, communication, and transparency
  • Support advisors in resolving escalated customer concerns and securing long-lasting customer relationships
  • Promote a customer‑first mindset rooted in honesty and solutions that best serve each homeowner’s needs
  • Work closely with operations to ensure jobs are installed correctly, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Provide feedback to leadership regarding market trends, product performance, and growth opportunities
  • Help execute company initiatives, culture‑building activities, and community outreach efforts
