As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you are the architect of a homeowner’s sanctuary. You’ll transform "my system is broken" into "my home is perfect" by designing cutting-edge HVAC solutions. You are the vital link in achieving our sales goals, ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and excited about their investment. Whether you're a seasoned Comfort Consultant or a Selling HVAC Technician, if you can build trust and solve problems, you belong on our front lines.

Requirements

  • Proven HVAC Sales Track Record
  • Desire to master our equipment, installation processes, and local codes is essential.
  • Comfortable using Service Titan or similar CRM software to build estimates.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport in minutes.
  • A self-starter who can manage a dynamic field schedule and produce detailed, error-free proposals.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to navigate residential sites (including standing, walking, and occasional access to attics or crawl spaces for assessments).
  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional presentations for HVAC installations.
  • Recommend optimal equipment that fits the customer’s specific needs while ensuring all options comply with National and State codes.
  • Create "confident buyers" by providing complete, transparent, and accurate information about our premium products and pricing.
  • Generate accurate sales proposals to ensure our installation team can execute the project flawlessly.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with the Install Coordinator, warehouse team, and Installers to ensure a seamless "Streamline" experience.
  • Assist in setting aggressive sales plans and turn every happy customer into a referral source for Streamline Services.
