Furr is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure the consistent delivery of top-tier HVAC workmanship and compliance with safety standards. This role includes reviewing HVAC installations, providing technical feedback, and supporting our team’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC experience
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and safety standards
High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits daily

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site quality checks for completed residential HVAC jobs
Ensure all work complies with code, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards
Provide field coaching and support to installation and service teams
Perform warranty and return service calls
Confirm systems operate correctly and address any workmanship concerns
Maintain detailed documentation of QA evaluations and outcomes
