About The Position

We’re not your typical mechanical contractor. Our Building Services Division focuses exclusively on owner-negotiated retrofit projects, helping clients modernize and upgrade their facilities without the complexities of new construction.
We’re looking for a collaborative, organized Project Manager with experience in commercial construction and a background in HVAC systems. If you enjoy solving problems, working closely with clients, and seeing projects through from concept to completion, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Five or more years of experience in commercial HVAC (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep projects on track.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
• Comfortable leading project teams and working directly with building owners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage owner-negotiated HVAC retrofit projects from planning through closeout.
• Partner with sales teams and building owners to ensure project goals align with client expectations.
• Review and approve HVAC equipment submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate equipment ordering, delivery, and installation logistics.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Provide technical guidance on HVAC system upgrades, replacements, and energy-efficient improvements.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluate existing systems to support project design and execution.
• Maintain proactive communication and reporting with owners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and company policies.
