About The Position

Mako Industries, LLC is a leading provider of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Mechanical, Electrical and drain solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC / Mechanical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting our services to commercial and industrial clients/sectors.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in HVAC / Mechanical or related sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Must have outside sales experience
  • Identify and prospect new customers in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our HVAC/Plumbing and Electrical solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and technical support, to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
