Overview: Job Description Summary: Installs, repairs, operates, and maintains all HVAC and Mechanical systems within the Hospital. Job Description: Essential Functions: Installs, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems and equipment. Diagnoses and troubleshoots HVAC system and equipment issues. Tests HVAC systems and components for proper functioning. Cleans HVAC systems and equipment to ensure proper performance. Calibrates HVAC systems and equipment to manufacturer's specifications. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Five years of related trade experience (Hospital Facility Maintenance desirable), required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degreein HVAC, Facility Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical or Electronics, preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification, preferred.
