Must be well groomed, drug free, have a good driving record and be dependable. Wages depending on experience, we pay by the hour not by the job. You must be willing to work more than 8 hours a day, when needed. Overtime approximately 12 to 16 weeks a year. Installers and technicians work 8+ hours a day, Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday. Overtime is available approximately 12 to 16 weeks a year. Candidates must be able to work on ladders, in attics and crawl spaces. Must be open to learning and taking direction from management. It is important to have your EPA and Nate Certifications. It is important to have knowledge of servicing and repairing furnaces, air conditioners, evaporative coolers, mini-splits, water heaters and boilers.

Requirements

EPA Certified
Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
Familiarity with wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Nice To Haves

EPA and Nate Certifications
Knowledge of servicing and repairing furnaces, air conditioners, evaporative coolers, mini-splits, water heaters and boilers
