About This Role: As a Lead HVAC Installer, you’ll be the go-to expert in the field — managing the installation process, mentoring Install Helpers, and ensuring each job meets Blue Valley’s high standards. You’ll play a key role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience while ensuring quality and code compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, electrical work, refrigerant handling, and system design
  • EPA Certification required; NATE or equivalent preferred
  • Leadership skills and a passion for teaching others
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Lead full HVAC system installations (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless, etc.)
  • Supervise and train Install Helpers on proper techniques and safety practices
  • Ensure all installations are code-compliant and meet manufacturer specs
  • Manage job timelines, communication, and closeout documentation
  • Collaborate with the Install Coordinator and Project Manager for scheduling and job planning
  • Provide excellent communication and service to customers onsite
