About The Position

HVAC Lead Installer What You Will Do: Install air conditioners, furnaces, duct systems, heat pumps, and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.) Lead a team of installers to ensure high-quality and efficient installations Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong communication Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills Follow all safety policies and procedures and uphold industry standards Ensure HVAC systems comply with regulations and industry best practices Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to lead an install team
  • Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office staff
  • Maintain high safety and quality standards
  • Meet pre-employment requirements, including drug testing, physical exams, and background checks
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman’s License is a plus
  • Certification from a technical school is a plus
