About The Position

HVAC Lead Installer What You Will Do: Install air conditioners, furnaces, duct systems, heat pumps, and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.) Lead a team of installers to ensure high-quality and efficient installations Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong communication Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills Follow all safety policies and procedures and uphold industry standards Ensure HVAC systems comply with regulations and industry best practices Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Requirements

2+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills to lead an install team
Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office staff
Maintain high safety and quality standards
Meet pre-employment requirements, including drug testing, physical exams, and background checks
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR

Nice To Haves

Journeyman’s License is a plus
Certification from a technical school is a plus
