What You Will Do: Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation Properly connect equipment Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements What You Will Bring: 2-5 years of LEAD HVAC Install experience (required) Ability to communicate and present to customers HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school Valid drivers’ license Ability to handle heavy equipment Ability to work outdoors Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.

Requirements
