Requirements
- 3+ year of previous experience with HVAC
- Understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- EPA Certification
Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain job sites by unloading materials and equipment.
- Lead in the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
- Lead the setup and layout of HVAC systems following blueprints or engineering specifications.
- Carry and handle tools, equipment, and materials needed for installation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site, tools, and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with local HVAC codes and regulations during installations.
- Interact professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns courteously.
- Lead in explaining the installation process and timelines to customers.
