Requirements

• 2–5 years of HVAC lead installation experience (required)
• HVAC degree or equivalent experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment in compliance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sites to ensure proper preparation for installations
• Properly connect and test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
