About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated HVAC Instructor with residential HVAC experience to train and mentor technicians in the field. This role partners with the field team to deliver hands-on coaching, improve technical skills, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on HVAC experience (residential required)
• Strong knowledge of systems, codes, and safety practices
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work directly with field teams
• License Required: Yes

Nice To Haves

• EPA and/or NATE certification
• Training or mentoring experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Train and coach HVAC technicians on job sites
• Demonstrate installation, troubleshooting, and safety best practices
• Support technician development, performance, and professionalism
• Enforce safety standards and company procedures
• Evaluate skills and provide real-time feedback
