Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC experience (install + service strongly preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills (not a parts changer)
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to perform in a performance-driven, KPI-based environment
- Professional appearance and communication in customers’ homes
Nice To Haves
- NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with high-efficiency systems, zoning, or IAQ
- Proven ability to generate revenue through service calls
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, IAQ)
- Run service calls, diagnose issues, and present repair/replacement options
- Perform system startups, commissioning, and quality assurance
- Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with our brand standards
- Educate homeowners on comfort solutions, maintenance, and upgrades
- Use ServiceTitan to document work, estimates, and customer interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
