Our expertise includes: Heat pumps, air handlers, and ventilation systems Gas, oil, and propane heating systems and boilers Ductless and fully ducted AC systems Rooftop units and indoor air quality solutions Custom ductwork and metal fabrication Position Overview We’re hiring an HVAC Installation Technician Apprentice to support our installation team. This is a hands-on role working alongside experienced technicians, ideal for someone with foundational HVAC experience who wants to grow their skills and advance in the trade.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of HVAC installation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- EPA Universal Certification
- Basic knowledge of HVAC installation procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn, attend training, and grow within the company
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Work alongside Lead Installation Technicians on job sites
- Travel to job sites within the service area
- Help maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Ensure proper documentation of installed systems (model/serial numbers, test readings, etc.)
- Collect customer signatures and required job information upon completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service
- Take on additional responsibilities as skills develop
