About The Position

Airheads HVAC in Copperas Cove, TX, is seeking ambitious individuals for our full-time Entry-Level HVAC Installation Apprentice position. THE BASICS Pay : With competitive pay starting at $15 – $22 per hour , overtime opportunities, and hands-on training that leads to a ZERO to HERO HVAC School Certificate, this is a chance to build your future in a supportive, growth-minded team. Schedule : You will work full-time, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with some Saturdays as needed . Overtime is available for those looking to maximize their earnings. Each day begins by reporting to our central location before heading out to job sites with your team. You will learn and train on proper installation processes and procedures, gaining hands-on experience with HVAC systems and ductwork. Requirements

Ability to carry a TDLR-registered Tech Card
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 – 75 pounds as well as work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and confined areas
Ability to work in Texas heat and varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and team mindset
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Trade school HVAC training
EPA 608 certification or willingness to obtain
Basic hand tool knowledge
Construction or mechanical experience
