As an Installation Technician, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality HVAC installations for residential customers. This position works closely with our Install Manager and installation team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You’ll interact with homeowners, fellow technicians, warehouse staff, and sales consultants to ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Requirements
- High school diploma and completion of a post-secondary HVAC program (2+ years preferred)
- At least 1 year of full-time HVAC experience (installation or service)
- Ability to read installation manuals and technical instructions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to continue learning through training and professional development
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles
- Ability to work in Virginia weather conditions and handle the physical demands of the job
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Installing HVAC equipment and systems with minimal supervision
- Assisting senior installers and helping ensure installations meet company standards
- Reading and following manufacturer installation instructions
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
- Identifying opportunities for Indoor Air Quality upgrades or system improvements
- Supporting service or IAQ teams when needed
- Working closely with the Install Manager, Sales Consultants, Warehouse team, and fellow technicians
