About The Position

This position is for an HVAC Install Manager responsible for supervising and delegating all HVAC installation activities, including hiring, conducting team meetings, and evaluating team performance. The role requires effective scheduling, daily check-ins with team members, and the ability to teach sales and new techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, along with proper documentation and staying updated on industry technologies and new products.

Requirements

5+ Years residential HVAC install experience
Strong organizational leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven.
HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
Strong computer skills (word, excel, adobe, etc.)
Valid drivers’ license and ability to pass drug test and background check.
Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
Ability to work outdoors

Responsibilities

Supervision and Delegation of all HVAC installation activities including but not limited to hiring, conducting team meetings, and evaluating team performance.
Ability to review scheduling and delegate effectively and efficiently in a way that best utilizes manpower for the install teams.
Daily check ins with techs and team members to ensure they are set up for success.
Knowledgeable on how to teach sales and new techniques.
Provide excellent customer service; be able to communicate with customers, office staff, sales department, and field help.
Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
