This role may also be referred to as HVAC Installer, HVAC Install Technician, HVAC Installation Lead, AC Installer, or HVAC Mechanic. The Team You’ll Be Joining You’ll be working alongside the top-performing residential service team in our area. Because of that, our standards and expectations are very high, but so is the level of professionalism and support around you. The Opportunity This role is designed for installers who want to: produce high-quality installations work efficiently mentor apprentices earn based on performance We install a large number of high-end communicating HVAC systems, so installers must be comfortable working with smart communicating equipment and advanced system controls. Experience with electrical work is also a major plus. Compensation: Our structure rewards installers who: perform clean, professional installs complete jobs efficiently train apprentices effectively As an HVAC Install Lead, you will perform high-quality HVAC installations while mentoring apprentices and delivering excellent service to homeowners.
Requirements
- Experience installing residential HVAC systems
- Comfortable working with communicating and smart HVAC systems
- Strong understanding of installation procedures and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Physically capable of performing field work
- HVAC: 3 years (Required)
- Do you have a clean driving and criminal record?
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems and equipment
- Replace condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and ductwork
- Work with high-end communicating HVAC systems
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and code requirements
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Train and mentor apprentice installers
- Communicate clearly with homeowners during installations
- Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
- Represent the company professionally on every job
