About The Position

F.H. Furr is expanding and seeking a detail‑oriented, organized, and customer‑focused Dispatcher to join our Georgetown, DE team. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient scheduling, strong communication, and exceptional service delivery for our customers and technicians.

• Experience with ServiceTitan and/or ProBook is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on skill set, availability, and customer requirements
• Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure schedule accuracy
• Provide customers with updates, estimated arrival times, and follow-up communication
• Support field technicians by relaying job-related information and ensuring proper documentation
• Maintain accurate records within the dispatching system
• Collaborate closely with customer service, service managers, and field teams
