About The Position

This is a non-remote HVAC Dispatcher position responsible for answering incoming service calls, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians based on their skills, availability, and location. The role involves providing customers with scheduling updates, supporting technicians with job details, monitoring routes and workloads to maximize efficiency, and collaborating with service managers to resolve conflicts and prioritize urgent calls. Additionally, the dispatcher will maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation, and assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and reporting when needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented in fast-paced or urgent situations
  • Comfortable using dispatch or scheduling software and general computer systems
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • At least 18 years of age
  • At minimum of three years of safe driving experience
  • Ability to pass background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the US for any employer
