You'll play a key part in our construction and installation jobs, making sure all crew members follow safety protocols and meet our quality expectations. Requirements
- Proven experience leading a construction crew
- Experience building mechanical rooms and installing HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various environmental conditions, work at heights, and work in confined spaces
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
Responsibilities
- Providing clear direction to our team of HVAC helpers and efficiently delegating tasks to support productivity and meet daily goals
- Leading daily site operations and maintaining open communication between all crew members and trade workers
- Performing regular site inspections to check safety, quality, and compliance with building codes
- Solving problems as they come up and assisting crew members as needed
- Making sure work trucks are properly stocked with the necessary tools and materials
- Maintaining all project documentation, including daily logs, time sheets, and change orders
- Serving as the point-of-contact for contractors, project managers, and external partners
