What You’ll Do As a Lead Installer, you will take full responsibility for residential HVAC installations from start to finish. You set the tone for quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
  • EPA Certification
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and install best practices
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and develop others
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage installation crews on residential HVAC projects
  • Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and accessories to manufacturer specifications
  • Braze, size, and run refrigerant piping properly
  • Perform system start-up, testing, and quality checks
  • Ensure all installations meet local codes and safety standards
  • Educate homeowners on new system operation and accessories
  • Train and mentor junior installers and helpers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Promote company values through professionalism, leadership, and craftsmanship
  • Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
