About The Position

We are a very fast paced, professional and growing Mechanical Contractor with tremendous amount of growth opportunities and are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of HVAC Mechanic. Do you have strong field leadership experience? How about in commercial HVAC jobs for a wide range of sectors, like hospitality, industrial, education, Hospitals’/Medical and government projects? The ideal candidate will have minimum 5+ years’ experience with installation of Commercial HVAC and materials, equipment, etc, along with maintaining schedules and reporting. Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience supervising Commercial (to include Healthcare, Education, Governmental and Retail, Hospitality, Fastrack Remodels, mechanical projects with sheet metal, Duct board and other areas of the mechanical installation.
Proficient knowledge Mechanical Code & SMANCA Standards.

Responsibilities

At Project Kick off, work with Field Ops team to assess complete project scope, develop execution plan including manpower- schedules, material needed, understand equipment take- offs, key/strategic work activities.
Supervise project subcontractors to ensure subcontracted scopes are complete and comprehensive, and that all related work is completed on-time and in accordance with the construction documents.
Support current and forecasted manpower needs and communicate impacts gains or losses for manpower planning efforts and budget/cost forecasting.
On the daily work with Customer & COR3 Field ops to carry-out the plan, within time and budget constraints.
Be an outstanding, advocate and a face to the customer for COR3 Mechanical!
