As a key member of our commercial team, you will: Prospect daily for new commercial and restaurant clients through proactive outreach and cold calling Build strong, lasting customer relationships as the go-to contact for proposals and pricing Create, present, and manage proposals using Bid 2024, Excel, and ServiceTitan Collaborate with managers, dispatch, and technicians to ensure seamless project execution Coordinate materials, purchase orders, and job details with internal teams Respond timely to technician quote requests and customer needs Track open proposals, support preventive maintenance agreement renewals, and assist with billing follow-ups Your ability to connect, respond, and follow through will directly fuel your success -- and ours. Requirements

  • 3+ years of HVAC system knowledge (plumbing/electrical experience is a plus)
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
  • Proven ability to quote jobs and close opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan , Excel, and Word
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • A balanced of sales drive and customer-first mindset

Responsibilities
