As our commercial division grows, we’re looking for a driven, engaging, and results-focused HVAC Commercial Sales Executive to help elevate our presence across West Michigan. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, uncovering needs, and creating tailored solutions that blend service, maintenance, and installation opportunities. Your work will directly influence the growth of our commercial customer base and preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of HVAC systems (5+ years preferred; plumbing/electrical experience a plus)
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer service — ideally within the trades or a service industry
  • Prior experience quoting jobs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build long-term relationships
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan , Excel, and Word
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • A balanced mindset that values both sales results and exceptional customer care

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily for new commercial and restaurant clients through proactive outreach and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the main point of contact for proposals, pricing, and follow-up
  • Create, present, and manage proposals using Bid 2024, Excel, and ServiceTitan
  • Partner with managers, dispatch, and technicians to align job timelines and project expectations
  • Order materials, manage purchase orders, and ensure accuracy through coordination with office staff
  • Review technician “Quote Needed” forms and return pricing promptly to customers
  • Track open proposals, support preventive maintenance agreement renewals, and assist with billing follow-ups
