What we offer Competitive pay with bonus eligibility Paid vacation/holidays/sick time and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision) available Day 1 401(k) with company match Extensive product and on‑the-job training with outstanding internal resources Encouraging, collaborative team environment and dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy Company vehicle, tools, and equipment to complete jobs (role dependent) HVAC BRANCH INSTALLATION MANAGER What you will do Manage branch installation operations, including Controls, Equipment, and Mechanical teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery Oversee project assignments, resource planning, and compliance with state, local, and federal regulations Drive branch financial performance: revenue forecasting, billings, collections, and cost control Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Champion Zero Harm safety culture and enforce adherence to all safety standards Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled team of project leaders, engineers, and specialists Ensure estimating and engineering standards are applied effectively across projects Support strategic and financial planning in collaboration with senior leadership How you will do it Lead execution and performance of installation delivery teams to meet branch goals and objectives Monitor key metrics such as backlog growth, productivity improvements, and project slippage reduction Implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices Provide coaching and career development for direct reports, including succession planning Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction What we look for Required Technical school training or equivalent HVAC/Building Controls experience 3+ years of leadership experience in installation operations or project management Proven ability to manage financials, forecast, and deliver growth and productivity targets Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; effective written and verbal communication Proficiency with MS Office and project management systems; valid driver’s license (as applicable) Preferred 5+ years in HVAC installation management within a branch or multi‑site environment Experience leading safety programs and reporting performance against KPIs Familiarity with controls, mechanical systems, and commissioning processes Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, EPA/Universal) HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100k-150k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Requirements

  • Technical school training or equivalent HVAC/Building Controls experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in installation operations or project management
