Air Professionals Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a full-time HVAC Installer - Installation Manager to take charge of our installation department in Flemington, NJ! You'll start your day preparing crews, troubleshooting challenges, and working alongside your team to maintain our reputation for excellence. Qualifications: HVAC installation experience with a passion for mentoring Ability to work hands-on in the field while overseeing projects Strong leadership and communication skills Clean driving record Prior supervisory experience in the heating and air conditioning industry is a plus!
