Position Overview: We are seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation team, ensuring that residential retrofit and replacement projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management, project coordination, and direct involvement in installation operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing more than 2 technicians.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC replacement and retrofit systems .
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • CT D1, S2, or S1 license a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of HVAC installation technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee residential swap-out and retrofit installations from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and service teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance technical skills, productivity, and adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct quality inspections on installations and provide feedback to technicians to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, material tracking, and time management.
  • Available on Saturdays and evenings when needed.
