About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as an HVAC Apprentice. This is a paid training opportunity designed to launch your career in the HVAC trade. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, learning how to maintain, service, and troubleshoot residential heating and cooling systems. No prior HVAC experience is required, just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HVAC trade
Strong mechanical aptitude or prior hands-on work experience preferred
Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
The ability to pass a thorough background check
Ability to work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, hot/cold conditions)
Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Assist senior technicians with the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues under supervision
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, safe, and organized
Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times
Deliver professional, courteous service while interacting with customers
Participate in ongoing training and complete program milestones
