Requirements
- Strong customer service approach with clear, professional communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and solid time-management capabilities
- Willingness to grow your technical skills through ongoing training (HVAC experience a plus, not required)
- Flexibility to support after-hours, weekend, or holiday work as needed
- Ability to work in confined spaces, outdoors, and in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Dependability, professionalism, and the ability to meet our drug-free workplace standards
