The Account Manager acts as the principle point of contact for the Company within new prospects and existing accounts. The AM is responsible for ensuring overall customer satisfaction, retention rates, quality of services delivered, contact profitability, and continued business growth within the Company’s strategic plans. The AM will be focused on selling and managing a mixture of service agreements, quoted repairs, and larger replacement and improvements projects.
