The Florida HIPPY Training and Technical Assistance Center (T&TAC) is housed in FCIC. The T&TAC funds, licenses, trains, supports, and evaluates HIPPY Programs in Florida. Currently, the T&TAC is staffed by a State Director, Associate State Director, Fiscal and Business Team, Learning and Development Team, and Senior Researcher. The Human Services Program Specialist (HSPS) provides essential administrative, operational, and communications support to ensure the efficient functioning of team operations. This position serves as a first point of contact at the office, responds to inquiries, manages correspondence, handles mail and deliveries, and maintains inventories. The HSPS plays a key role in project management and accountability by completing and tracking assigned tasks within the Monday.com platform and ensuring team-wide compliance with weekly reporting deadlines. The HSPS supports mass communication efforts by dissemination of e-blasts, surveys, social media posts, and other statewide communications to the field. The role also provides broad fiscal and operational support, including assistance with invoices, purchase orders, eligibility reviews, cost estimates, procurement documentation, data entry, and logistical preparation for events and training.
