About The Position

Are you passionate about supporting families and improving early childhood outcomes? Join our team as a Home Visiting Program Consultant and help shape programs that make a real impact in communities across Ohio. In this role, you’ll partner with local agencies, provide expert guidance, and ensure families receive the highest quality prenatal-to-five home visiting services. What You’ll Do: Lead & Support: Guide local home visiting programs with technical assistance and best practices, including on-site visits. Collaborate: Build strong partnerships with community organizations and state programs. Drive Quality: Monitor, evaluate, and improve program performance and compliance. Innovate: Work with data systems and analyze trends to strengthen services. Educate: Represent the program at workshops, conferences, and community events. Requirements

  • Background in health or human services, early childhood, or related field.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Completion of undergraduate core program in social or behavioral science, health or pre-medicine or comparable field; 18 mos. exp. in delivery of human services, health care services or medical assistance in governmental, community or private human support services agency or medical provider.
  • Or completion of graduate core program in social or behavioral science or medicine-related or comparable field; 6 mos. exp. in delivery of human services, health care services or medical assistance in governmental, community or private human support services agency or medical provider.
  • Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of home visiting models and state systems is a plus.
