Base salary starts at $20.94/hr. E S S E N T I A L F U N C T I O N S Responsible for accurately managing departmental electronic records, reports and paper files. Coordinates new employee orientation process and other aspects of new employee onboarding. Organizes and coordinates agency, volunteers and student processing and placement. Performs monthly reports as assigned. Monitors reports from third party vendors and completes data entry and invoice auditing for accuracy as assigned by Leadership. Administer AHA class data entry as well as clinical/observation student documentation verification process. Maintains license and skills reports and communicates these requirements to staff and management. Manages interactions with internal and external customers as well as outside agencies using excellent customer service skills. Maintains HR and Education room schedules and assists with internal and external room reservations within the hospital. Backs up HR Coordinator as needed. Other duties as assigned. E D U C A T I O N Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. E X P E R I E N C E Previous experience in Education and Human Resources preferred. Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred. C R E D E N T I A L S N/A K N O W L E D G E , S K I L L S A N D A B I L I T I E S Must be highly skilled in a variety of computer software applications. Excellent customer service skills including but not limited to: a friendly personality, tact, patience, empathy and a helpful, professional attitude both in person and on the telephone. Must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to effectively prioritize, multitask and work without supervision. Must be highly self-motivated. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to problem solve in appropriate situations and recognize limitations, knowing when to seek help. Ability to effectively and patiently communicate with staff, managers and the general public concerning general HR inquiries or questions about the hospital. Must be a good listener. Must demonstrate ethical and legal accountability. Ability to recognize and protect confidential information. Able to act as an agent of change and is always willing to learn.
