About The Position

CentraState Healthcare System is seeking a full-time intern for the Human Resources, Workforce Experience Team. In this role, the intern will work alongside a team of innovative professionals and contribute to the mission of delivering excellent healthcare services to our communities. Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
  • Ideally pursing a degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Communication, or a similarly related field
  • Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2026 - August 2026
  • Be in good academic standing
  • Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter

Responsibilities

  • Creating location maps
  • Updating policy education through creative means (i.e., apps, games, etc.)
  • Work with Leave of Absence team on FAQs, etc.
  • Compiling and updating approved certifications list
  • Generate one-page one stop shop of dashboards/reports
  • Standardizing job descriptions
  • Tracking workplace stats, targeted campaigns, etc.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners for action planning & goal setting
  • Help with increasing engagement on social medias
