Position Summary The Human Resources & Volunteer Coordinator supports San José Clinic by providing hands-on HR operational support and volunteer coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth employee onboarding, accurate HRIS data entry, benefits support, invoice processing, and employee engagement initiatives, while also managing the Clinic’s volunteer processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and thrives in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.
