Serves as the Human Resources systems expert to improve data accuracy, system performance/processes, and operational efficiencies. This role requires a systems-oriented mindset and is responsible for maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, producing timely and insightful reporting, developing HR data visualizations, and driving process improvements across HR operations as well as providing reporting and employee and HR data to help other departments.
